What is happening in Gulgong during the June Long Weekend?

Although there will be no Henry Lawson Heritage Festival in 2021 there is still a lot going on in Gulgong that will make it worthwhile visiting.

The Gulgong Holtermann Museum will be having heritage photos taken by Alan Walker. Also in the museum there will be a Holtermann Colourised Photographic Exhibition by Christopher Dingle in the Theatrette.

The Gulgong Scarecrow Scroll will once again be a feature of the weekend and hopefully the UneARThed Art Show.

The Gulgong Turf Club will be holding their annual Country Race Meeting at the Gulgong Race track.

The Henry Lawson Centre, the wonderful Gulgong Pioneers Museum and the Gulgong Gold Experience will all be open.

The pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes and our wonderful boutique shops will also be open.

Why not make a weekend of it and come to Gulgong. Where else would you want to be?

Thanks to our Henry Lawson Festival Sponsors

Looking forward to a great festival this weekend thanks to our wonderful sponsors and image signs for the great signs.
Make sure you bring the family into town to watch the parade, check out all the wonderful stalls, go to the art or photographic exhibitions, attend a poets breakfast or one of the live shows on Saturday – too many things to mention.
On Sunday join in the fun at Red Hill and/or have a fun day at the races.
Gulgong is the place to be this June long weekend.
